By accessing or using evidique, you agree to these terms and the linkedprivacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
These terms apply only to evidique. A software vendor, affiliate network, or other linked site will have its own terms for your use or purchase.
Who may use the site
You may use the site if you can legally agree to these terms where you live. If you use evidique for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.
Editorial information, not advice
Reviews, comparisons, guides, scores, and comments are general editorial information. They are not legal, financial, tax, security, medical, or procurement advice, and they do not replace testing a product against your own requirements.
A recommendation describes a product for the audience and use case stated on the page. It is not a promise that the same tool will suit every workflow, budget, data policy, or risk level.

These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
General terms
If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a term does not waive it. These terms and the policies linked from them form the entire agreement about your use of evidique.
We may update these terms when the site or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will change with a material revision. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from that date, subject to any notice required by law.
